Pupils in 7W have had a busy term. They have been enjoying reading War Horse and learning all about WW1. They acted out 'A day in life of a soldier in the trenches' to help them understand the struggles that Albert may have faced.
Pupils have been completing some interesting work to develop essential laboratory skills by working safely, using scientific equipment correctly, carrying out investigations, recognising chemical reactions, and analysing results.
In geography they have been looking at Weather and Climate, thinking about different types of weather, how to stay safe in different weather. Also 7W have thought about what to wear in different types of weather.
For Design and Technology the pupils have greatly enjoyed designing their Block Bots. We have included some of the most exciting designs below.
7W have also been trying to work with others in a positive way and behave appropriately. We have talked about how to take responsibility and show how to be reliable. Also, how to know how to work with others by understanding and respecting diversity, other cultures, beliefs and backgrounds.
And finally, in PSHE they have been thinking about what it means to be themselves.
